"The customer service here is awful. The people that work here are rude and do not care to make sure that you have a good experience. I bought hamburger pattie’s that were rotten, brought them back to exchange them for other ones and the lady at the customer service desk told me that they weren’t expired and didn’t apologize or anything when issuing my refund. She was then talking about me to another employee when I was walking out about how I am returning hamburger patties from yesterday, but I bought them that day. I had no desire to go back to the store after being at home and trying to feed my family dinner. I will make sure to not shop at Safeway anymore and support Yokes."

"This is the saddest Safeway . I do a lot online ordering to save me time and control our budget. Let’s just say. They always tell me they are out of stock. Or need to substitute. The issue I have is I will get my order go to the store to get something else for dinner because they said it was out of stock. just to find they had what I order. Are the employees lazy or what. I stop ordering produce and meat online. It’s either rotten or brown smelly meat. I will take my shopping to Yokes . Because this Safeway sucks."

"I love Safeway, as I do with most leading grocery stores. Truthfully, I couldn't imagine what there would be to dislike or perhaps "hate" a grocery store, however that is simply my opinion. I shop at Safeway as well as other grocery stores, as I will typically shop at whatever grocery store happens to be convenient at that moment."

"Someone should really plug in the motorized scooters. Out of the few three that were by carts, none were plugged in, two dead, one was half charged and barely made it. They were crammed in with the carts. I plugged two of them in for the disabled people who need them. Where are the courtesy clerks or is that self checkout too? People DO go elsewhere..."
