"I have never been treated with such disrespect by a vendor before. In the year we have dealt with Great Basin they raised prices on us, lost and rehired (a few times) an entire staff and also stopped carrying several products we signed up with them to get. They have no one to service and clean soda lines. They deliver rotten, spoiled or expired products. They are not consistent with their deliveries and several weeks we were just forgotten all together. Most of the products we buy through them they simply drive to cash and carry and then charge us ridiculous amounts on top of that to “deliver” them. The 24/7 emergency service you pay for, you will never get. We ran out of CO2 several times and were told “we can’t get there today” at 1 in the afternoon. They also don’t provide printed invoices anymore. We were charged for things we never received and then we were told “you signed.” All in all it’s not worth the money and time. The company has fallen far from its good days. It’s an outdated company and we will be spending our money else where."

"People say this all the time, and perhaps it is over used but it is appropriate to say in this instance if it were possible to rate this company with no stars I would. I am going to start and end with the owner of the company - Larry Cupp. There is absolutely no nice way of putting it - He is a narcissistic, petulant child. He takes absolutely no responsibility for how he views and treats fellow human beings. In fact, I am certain he doesn't see anyone as human beings. If he did, his treatment of said humans would be on a plane resembling empathy, but I am convinced there isn't an empathetic bone, blood vessel or thought residing within the man. His mood swings are of epic proportions, leaving all involved wondering if they are in reality a resident of an asylum for the insane rather in a place of business. Speaking of reality, he does not dwell on any plane of existence one could call reality. He changes his words and directions as quickly as flipping a switch and you better be ready to be the one where the blame lies, he will not take any blame for anything. Pointing fingers like a kindergarten child on the playground is his modus operandi. If he doesn't like what has been said he will resort to threats of violence (multiple witnesses of his tirades exist). There are instances where he has asked employees to push product without any word to the customer (again multiple witnesses exist), as well as sold old/used equipment but telling everyone involved it is new. He needs to be exposed for the lying, manipulating, tyrant he is. Unfortunately, he will continue to go on as long as he is allowed. He gets rid of anyone who stands up to his antics. Also unfortunate, he is just one representative of this type of owner that has been allowed to run rampant in Idaho (in America for that matter). He takes advantage of the idea of "right to work" and the white male privilege that is so prevalent. These are out dated notions that along with any who practice them and believe they work must be gotten rid of so people can start to feel safe at work and in life. Take this review as you like, but it comes from more than one person that has/has had direct involvement with the company and seen first hand what has been said (much more couldbe said, but this at least gives a glimpse). The recommendation is DO NOT involve yourself or do business with this company or owner...EVER! And stand up for yourself if you find yourself in similar situations."
