"My mother 60 years old was made to pee her pants while she waited for her clothes to finish washing at this hico. 3/25/2023 9:15pm. I understand locking the bathrooms for non paying customers but to make an old lady 60 years old who was a paying Customer pee herself because the attendant Jay refused to let her use the bathroom is outrageous. I wll be filing a lawsuit against John Tonani and the Female Jay working the cashier attendant. I will also be filing a report with the BBB BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU."

"Had all my clothes stolen from the washing machine yesterday. Manager was less then helpful. Didn't offer to look at the cameras and when I asked if I should call the police she shrugged and said if you want to. Place is filled with tweakers, overpriced, machines always breaking. Ive been going here once a week for 15 months and spent hundreds of dollars and they will never get my business again. Absolute worst convenience store with everything priced way higher then a mile up the road. Manager is incompetent."

"The laundromat is always dirty..dryers full of lint.. pet hair.. hay and floors are filthy. The place looks rundown. The washing machines and dryers are hit and miss on if they work properly. Dryers don't get hot and or washers leave clothes really wet from not spinning properly.. you just never know what you're going to get which stinks if you are on a time limit.When you tell someone they don't refund you instead they just say they will let the maintenence person know. I have been here multiple times with the same problems every time..although it is closer to where I live I am going to go else where even if that means going all the way up north to laundry land..it is a very clean large laundromat with machines that work. It cost me $18 to do 2 regular loads of laundry due to the washer not spinning properly and a dryer not heating well today and I didnt get half of my clothes fully dried because it would have taken a few more dollars and time I didn't have so I guess the drive will balance out both time and money. Needless to say I am VERY disappointed and highly recommend you go somewhere else."
