"Rude and disrespectful cashiers. Tried selling uncooked hotdogs, up charged us for not having rewards on something clearly priced clearance. Just overall not a good experience. Maverick just up the road is so much nicer."
"Confirmed tonight they are selling knock off elfbars. Thank goodness I made a comment about the price difference to vapor lounge across the street. Once I compared them and the boxes my jaw dropped. Scan the QR code on the side of the 711 ones and you’ll see. This is highly illegal and unsafe. I trusted this place to be selling reputable items. Now I know vapes aren’t really considered safe but selling counterfeit products can be even worse. I’m posting the boxes the one without the yellow arrow one it is the fake one. The sour apple vape is the counterfeit. Luckily it stopped working and I decided that I would try vapor lounge because 711 didn’t have good flavors last time."
"Before I start my shift next door- I stop by for a snack and my pack of smokes for the day. The owner and his wife are always nice to me. At the end of the day when I come back- the night crew are good people- one of them is funny and makes me laugh. I love the store- and the workers. They feel like family. I love this place!"
"I went in on Sunday, August 28th at about 10:30 p.m., and whoever was cashiering that night needs to get a different job! I have NEVER been treated so poorly! The total of my items was higher than I had estimated, so I took a moment to make sure the clerk had charged me correctly. When I inquired about the cost of my Slurpee (special was $.99 any size, it was rung up as $1.99), the cashier said (verbatim): "OH MY GOD! Can you not see that I took $.99 cents off?! It's right there! See?! Now please, I have customers!" (This said with much waving of arms and pointing at the register terminal) it was late, I was tired and I had honestly not seen it. I was shocked and embarrassed; the cashier had just berated me like a child in a public setting, implying I was some sort of vagrant wasting his time! I managed to stammer out an apology before a gentleman behind me spoke up and told him I was a customer, too; the cashier said "well, yes" but offered nothing else. I paid and left, humiliation starting to give way to anger. It is appalling that someone customer service would treat ANY customer this way! I was not the only person offended by his behavior; the gentleman who had spoken up caught me in the parking lot to say 'that guy's a piece of work! He had no reason to talk to you like that. NONE.' I won't be patronizing this store again for a long time, if ever, and I don't think he will be, either. My suggestion: get rid of him or do some intense retraining!!"
