JayCo Cabinets

"My wife and I went and meet with JayCo earlier in the year about remodeling our home in Harris Ranch. We meet with a woman who provided excellent customer service even though our remodel was still 6 months away. Our remodel is under way and I called JayCo to get a quote to remodel our kitchen. When I called I spoke with Gary. Gary started bragging how JayCo builds cabinets for $750k to Million dollar homes. He advised me that I needed to work with a reputable contractor to get cabinets in a timely fashion. When I advised who my contractor was Gary got defensive and advised he would not work with my contractor. Note: My contractor encouraged me to contact JayCo. I explained that I "the homeowner" would be customer and be paying for the cabinets. Gary asked that I email him my my measurements and to date I have not heard back. Today I wrote a check for new cabinets with a local Boise cabinet company. This company never asked who my contractor was, but provided great customer service. Glad I choose to take my $30k cabinet order elsewhere. At a minimum JayCo should not allow Gary to answer the phone."
