The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would not want to try and complete my projects without the aid of their services!"

"We worked with a designer to acquire several furniture items from Idaho Design Center for our new home. This was an exciting time and several of the items we purchased were of excellent quality and bring us joy. It only takes a few things to go wrong to change your joy and excitement to disillusionment. A couple pieces from Idaho Design Center had quality issues and had to be returned or replaced and in those cases, other than how long furniture takes to be ordered and delivered we had no qualms with how Idaho Design Center stood by their products. Then, one item we purchased that was a large sofa with "premium" fabric, started showing wear within 3 months. The premium fabric was starting to fray on the seat cushion surfaces. After reporting this problem through our designer, at the end of the first 6 months we were unable to get Idaho Design Center or the manufacturer to agree to re-upholster the sofa, even though the wear kept getting worse. Finally we asked for a refund and were assured we would receive a full refund after the sofa was returned. The sofa was returned in May. After several inquiries we did receive a refund check the last week of July! It was adjusted down for the delivery/pickup charges and the refund check was mailed to our old address even though the sofa had been delivered and picked up from our new address. Later we found out that our designer is who actually stood by the product and she now owns the sofa, and is looking at the expense of getting it re-upholstered for her own use. At the end of the day, we're pretty disillusioned with Idaho Design Center. If you are deciding on buying from Idaho Design Center, we recommend you look into the return and warranty policies before you pay."
