"It's always a good place to go for movies. The vip food/drink line can be long like it was last night. Moved through with time. Movie Theater 14 has some kind of audio issue, and it was very hard to hear what was being said about half the time. It was never this bad before. Hope management gets it fixed, and until then, avoid 14."

"Do not use CRAPPY website, especially if using gift cards. When I typed in gift card number, it said $2 and change remaining (oh and you can’t do more than one gift card at a time). So i out in my debit. And proceeded to do this six times buying my family individual tickets. Then i checked my bank account because their website seemed garbage enough to make me think something wasn’t right. And I was right. It charged me the full amount of $12.20 (another reason not to buy online - you get charged a convenience fee for doing them a favor by not creating long lines at the ticket counter). So I immediately requested a refund. It said refunded. A few days later, I checked my bank account and I was refunded $10.45 per ticket because their refund policy doesn’t include the convenience fee. So, to go to our free movie (gift cards), it still cost me. In the panic of the moment, I refunded my 6 yr olds ticket instead of one of the adult ones so that was fun as well. Bottom line: the Cinema West website sucks and I wonder how much $$ they make off schleps like me just trying to use a gift card."

"I love the Village Cinema. Not only is it beautiful, but they have great food, and I love to sit in the 21+ seating upstairs where you can order food and have drinks."

"This is probably one of the cleanest movie theaters I have ever been to. The location is a really nice additional to the whole Village atmosphere, and is a great plane to stop at and watch a movie. The showing selection is always very diverse. Purchasing tickets online, you can select between a variety of different theaters. One unique option is that you can select a “21+” theatre that only admits those over 21. This can be really good if you want to a sound loud children or big groups and enjoy a quiet movie. Overall would recommend this place over some of the other cinemas in the area."
