"Staff was very helpful and friendly when we walked in, waiting area was pleasant with lots of games to play while they got our escape room ready. Sebastian was with our group specifically and was very nice and felt like a team player while we were in the room. He did a good job of giving hints (when we asked for them) when we were stuck without totally ruining the fun of the escape room and giving everything away. We did the insane asylum room which was definitely difficult but still a blast!"
