"On Thursday I went into your store looking for a mattress, and without any expectations or intentions of making a purchase that day. The salesman was very helpful in answering all my questions. I told him what I had, what I knew I didn’t want and what I was hoping to get. He showed me the mattresses that fit the criteria and gave me the pros and cons with each. When I decided which mattress would fit my needs he gave me the options to upgrade. I chose the mattress protector, sheet set and 2 pillows, and proceeded to purchase the items. I have slept on the new mattress for 4 days now, with the new sheets and protector, which I am very happy with. The pillow is another matter. Although I took time at the store to pick the one I felt was right for me, it is taking me some time to get used to it. This is a small matter that can easily be handled by giving it to someone else and going back to the one I have been using in the past. I was also very surprised to be able to purchase the mattress on terms that were more than satisfactory to myself and my finances. It was a very quick and easy process. I would be more than happy to return for any future purchases and to send others into your store. Thank you!"
