"Update: After speaking with customer service, they are going to replace the ruined cover. I will update again once it arrives. We bought a sectional from Wallaroos a couple years ago. When it arrived, one of the seat cushions was the wrong color and didn’t match the rest. After a couple months of waiting they delivered the correct one. Fast forward to today when I pulled the covers out of the wash only to find one of them completely falling apart in multiple areas and the other pieces on the verge of coming apart. This was the 2nd time putting the covers in the washer on delicate cycle and hang drying. After speaking with customer service it’s going to cost $250 for a replacement cover for only one cushion. Frustrated, disappointed and sad because we do really like this couch but the main reason we decided to purchase was because the covers were removable and washable but not really the case if they are going to fall apart after 2 delicate washes. We won’t be recommending this company to any friends or family."

"We purchased several homes worth of furniture from Wallaroos and opted to have them deliver. In house service was good and my experience with purchasing went well. Unfortunately, delivery did not go well on multiple occasions. There were a few pieces that were quite dirty upon delivery. When I called to complain, they apologized but made no effort to make it right or clean it. The movers damaged my walls moving pieces into one home, punching holes into the drywall. I called immediately, they said they weren't responsible for damage that occurs but to send in any invoice for repair and they'd see what they could do. I emailed the invoice with no response ultimately footing the bill. I don't recommend their delivery service at all."
