"The wonderful “no pressure sales” staff showed us what fit our needs and budget. They didn’t try to up-sell us, and gave us the best deal in the valley; (we shopped around a lot). "Frank was absolutely perfect! We were casually shopping for our mattress and had no idea what we wanted. He gave us our space, let us peruse all the choices, offering feedback and answering all questions. There was no pressure whatsoever and he ended up guiding us to the exact mattress for our needs without us even realizing! We ended up buying our mattress that day (Saturday) and scheduling the drop off right away (Tuesday). They would even take away our old mattress! We got it all finished before our son was done at the trampoline park with his friends. They called to confirm our delivery, adjusted for my son’s school drop off, and showed up right on time. The delivery drivers were amazing! They even helped me catch my neighbor’s puppy, and walked him back to his owner! The old mattress was out and our new one set up within minutes.
