"AJ made our whole experience amazing! I haven't eaten at T Bell in a few years, and tonight was the night. He was so friendly at the register... answered questions about food items.. and was just so nice all around. Taco Bell is a staple in my 32 year old mind, and when you have an experience like that, it's nostalgic and makes me remember old times. The food continues to stay great.. thank you!"

"So, I guess you can no longer order at Taco Bell face to face with a clerk. You have to order at an electronic kiosk. Unless you have cash. Then you order at the kiosk and then hand the clerk standing there, your cash. Makes Taco Bell less personal. Wonder where I should go for tacos and a face that smiles?!?"

"Taco bell is almost always good and my go to is nacho cheese fries but what I don't understand is why do they only give 1 small half filled 2 ounce cup of cheese for a large order of nacho fries?? I always have to order extra cheese sauce to have enough for all of them. Why wouldn't they just automatically give 2, 2 ounce portions for a large if they give 1 2 ounce portion for a small/regular size one. Wouldn't that make the most sense?"

"Made a large order last night through mobile app around 7:15. Picked up close to 8 as app never updated time for order to be ready but checked email and it claimed to be ready maybe 10 min after it was ordered. Went in to pick it up as the app wouldn’t allow me to go through the drive thru. I walked toward the shelf to see if my food was there, it was and a black gentleman was approaching the shelf before me and asked what I had and I gave him my name. He immediately shook his head and started complaining about how everyone is eating tonight and the orders are basically killing him. I laughed as I thought it was comical and thought he was joking but judging by how cold the food was, I know now he was serious and I will never eat there again- waste of almost $60."

"The time to get the food through the drive-thru, from a mobile order, was super long. The staff were not not friendly, they were downright cold, like the food. Not only was our food, that took forever, cold but we didn't even get all the right stuff. To top off the whole experience, our "black bean crispy melt taco" was beef not bean and was literally a mess."
