"Went to burger King at around 2:30am last night (normally have no issues with this location but had never had this lady before either) and the older woman with dark hair working in the window was so incredibly rude to me! When I got there, there was only 1 car in front of me and no one behind me. I was trying to get my app to update to the correct location, and she came on the intercom and asked for my order. I explained I was trying to get my app to update location so I could use it at the 4220 e Harry location where I was. Her response was "if you're gonna mess with your app you need to get off my speaker." So right as she was saying that it updated and I was able to finalize my mobile order so I pulled around to the 2nd window where she then told me "I don't have your order yet so you need to get out of my drive through line" I simply said it usually just takes a few seconds and it pops up... she said "then drive back around but get out of my drive through line" I said I can't drive forward cus you have a car parked in front of me and they are in the way. She said "figure it out like everyone else cus this is the 2nd time I've told you to get out of my line or I'll throw your food out the other drive through window And you can pick it up off the ground" I asked why it was that necessary that she be so rude and insistent on me moving and she said "because her drive through times would be high because of me and that wouldn't be good for me!" I was eventually able to drive around after the car infront of me moved and when I got back around she claimed she didn't show my mobile order so I asked her if she could look again and she did and then said "oh yeah I cleared it when you would not move out of my line" so I had to wait another 15 min for them to make it or whatever they were doing because it was not fresh and very cold, stale and old tasting when we finally got it!"
"Went up there and got a bacon king with no mayo. They put mayo on it and I didn’t realize till I got home. Went back up there and made them remake it. Got home and it had mayo on it again. Called up there and the manager was rude to me. He said “Well my cook said he just put ketchup on it so”. Not listening to me and had an attitude with me over the situation. This photo is the “remade” burger with “only ketchup”. Barely any ketchup and mayo AGAIN. As someone who works in fast food, I promise it’s not hard to make something right. Especially when you are not busy."
"The bad reviews are right. 40 minutes in the drive through today. Literally. I timed it. The drive through guy seemed impaired - he would just drift off and stop talking and then start again a minute later. He got my order wrong initially, so despite waiting 10 minutes to get to the window I still had to wait “pulled forward” for part of my order. After 20 minutes pulled forward waiting I locked my car, left it in the drive through and went in to get the rest of my order. By the time I got everything most of the order in the car was cold. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left. In fact I watched at least 6 cars leave the drive through before getting to the window. Meanwhile we were all watching cars drive quickly through Arby’s drive through. I don’t know why this Burger King is this bad. It is a very disrespectful way to treat customers. I won’t spend my money here again."
