"The manager was constantly having to correct the cooks and waitresses. It was 9pm, the place was mostly empty, only 2 cooks and 6 waitresses standing around doing nothing. Food took forever. The manager was constantly having to correct the cooks and have orders remade so I'm guessing that's why ours took so long... 2 out of our 3 orders were incorrect and not what we ordered but we didn't say anything because we didn't want to be stuck waiting another hour.... Manager seems like she's really trying to make things better. But honestly there should be more cooks and less waitresses to speed things up and not just have staff standing around.... Awkward, dark, atmosphere. Average cleanliness."

"The Denny’s of Wichita, on Harry between Hillside and Oliver. The Grand Slam is still a staple to ICT breakfast at any hour and it’s always worth a trip here to get a dependable meal. Prices are still good when compared to most places and the service I received recently was friendly and fast. Food quality is about what you remember or would expect but that’s a good thing for an affordable diner. I can recommend Denny’s for a an early morning bite or a late night Grand Slam to everyone."

"Baconalia was decent. This Dennys feels a bit run down, and the food tasted okay, but nothing special. We waited quite a while for our check after finishing our food, and it wasn't even busy. I remember Dennys restraunts being fairly busy, and the food pretty good, but this one did not live up to the memories. I'm not sure I'd go here again."

"This was my toast and my over medium eggs. They didn't even have bread to serve yet I was charged for two pieces of toast. My eggs were definitely over well. I finally got my crepe after waiting 10 minutes after I got the rest of my food and i had ordered the two she only brought one. I heard her talking to the cook and he was waiting on another cook to make it. I'm not sure why as when I finally got it it was ice cold. My son got a steak which i advised against but he wanted it anyways. He ordered rare and it was very well done. I would have complained and asked for a manager but my son and I were freezing as we went to leave there was someone that said oh yea their heat is out. I really don't understand why they would even be open without heat on a night like tonight. I know the staff is trying but management really should have stepped in given the circumstances."
