"Asked for hot honey rub and got everything but with a big side of attitude. Currently on hold for almost 15 minutes when asking for my refund so I can go get my food from a better location. After trying to give me two wrong orders of plain wings just ended up drenching the plain wings in hot honey rub seasoning (RAW SEASONING). Tried to eat it and it was disgusting. Could only take two bites."

"The service is terrible. My delivery order wasn’t complete. I tried calling the store because I ordered through Wingstop app. Not DoorDash. I called and was asked to be placed on hold. I was on hold for 22 minutes so I hung up and drove to the location I ordered from. I asked to get a refund and for my card to be recharged- that way I can take off the delivery fee ($2.99) and the $5 tip. I was told I would have to call DoorDash. I went to my DoorDash app and there are no recent orders. BECAUSE I ordered through the WingStop App. I was told to wait 8 mins for the rest of my order. I was not compensated for any of their mistakes. Employees do not go out of their way to make the situation right or even just to make sure they win back my business. The employees just don’t care. They are too young and just act like they don’t want a job period. Go home and be lazy, not at the work place. While I was waiting in the lobby area, the phone was ringing constantly. They would answer then ask “can I place you on hold” then they proceed to never get back on the phone. I just don’t understand other people’s work ethic. Awful all the way around."

"I ordered my wings and after I put my order in onliy. My handsome started reading the reviews and I was like omg my wings are going to be be dry and gross. I went in at the time stated they will be ready, my food was ready . I got home and was waiting for my food to be gross. Totally the opposite! The wings were hot and fresh, and was very good. Good job on the wings."

"Ughhhh 46 minutes wasn't even the issue but my wings have no Seasoning on them smh. I ordered online and had my husband pick them up the garlic parm wings are the only ones that taste like anything smh. We were so excited to get a wingstop on this side because it's closer than the one on Seneca... I bet I'll drive across town next time.... this location better get it together or it won't last. After waiting 46 minutes I'm going to wait another 15-20 so my husband can make us some sauce for our wings because Im NOT driving back over there to wait another 45 minutes for new ones smh so irritated. Yall have ONE job WINGS and you can't get that right"
