"IHOP is not the cheapest restaurant, however the food quality is far better than cheaper fast food chains. I had a hamburger, it was approximately $12 for my meal, breakfast options were similarly priced. For a limited time IHOP was offering free kids which made the overall price of my family's meal cheaper than other fast food chains. Service is of course far better at a sit down restaurant and the staff at this location was excellent. The interior appeared to be updated recently, it's a simple elegant look."

"Server Tiff was great. She went beyond her Server duties to make me comfortable. The food was good except for the hash browns. The outside almost burnt but the inside was not cooked. Harsh browns are not thick enough to have that issue. The place was not busy enough for that issue"
