"While the food here is phenomenal, this restaurant doesn't care about it's customers. After buying a $12 meal, I chose to relax and play a few games. I was then told to leave at 9pm. Note, I was minding my own business, and I only spoke when spoken to. Nobody should ever come here, as nobody should be treated the way I was. Sure seems like the lobby closes at 9pm, right? This place has certainly lost my business."

"This is the third time I have gone to this Taco Tico. We always order the same thing - triple cheese enchiladas (plus sides). You can see by this picture that the enchiladas are EMPTY. When I complained after the second visit, the rude manager argued with me. She reluctantly agreed to replace them, but then the replacements had no cheese on top. Corporate needs to know what a horrible manager she is and that she is not maintaining the standards of Taco Tico. The ones in West Wichita and in Augusta are FABULOUS! This woman needs to go!"

"I have never been to this Taco Tico but after an appointment I wanted to go to have a Taco and bean and cheese burritos. We dined in and I was super impressed on the very modern upbeat look of the restaurant. Everything was super clean and the employee's were friendly and helpful. I had the Taco and 2 bean and cheese burritos while Linda had a Taco salad and Coke. It was just what I expected and I was not disappointed. The burritos temperature plenty hot enough that I had to eat my Taco first. I totally love the green chilies sauce that as you eat more of it the heat builds and was so good. By the time I had finished my food I could practically breath fire out of my nose and ears. Linda said she was pleased with her Taco salad and that she hadn't been to a Taco Tico since she was a kid and that the shell her salad came in was just right. I would definitely eat here again."
