"I just got long silvers for dinner. 30$ and Cold horrible my order wasn't right!! I didnt get my side's or my claims I've tried to call they will not pick up the phone!!! When I was there asked to make sure there was tarter sauce in the bag she snapped at me said it was in the bottom of the bag... there was no tarter sauce but a huge amount of vinegar. Yuck! I DONT COME HERE BECAUSE OF THIS!! not the first time! It's sad !!"

"I go here every month or so for the comfort food that I grew up with. They ask me if I want any sauce, and I always ask for some cocktail sauce and vinegar. The past few times at this location they have given me only tartar sauce and around 5 of them. It's not a big deal, but not what I asked for."

"Ordered fish, shrimp & chicken with green bean and fries. 1) The shrmp breading was so thick you couldn't even tell it was shrimp. 2) The fish had such thick breading that once you got thru it you were lucky to have about 4 bites of actual fish. Nothing crispy about it. 3) The chicken was just as bad, and the meat was like trying to bite into rubber. 4) The fries were old and soggy tasting. 5) The green beans were in a container that the lid didn't even fit on. They leaked out all over everything in the bag. And they were horribly salty. Food got one star because I couldn't give it less. Service was not the greatest, was in line for a long time and even though I only live a few minutes away, it was cold when we got home. That was definitely $13 wasted. Only bright spot is my dog ate the chicken. The hushpuppies were inedible."

"I feel like it's a place that needs some work. Food was on point for them, cleanliness was under par but not terrible, service was okay with an interesting story. A homeless individual, God bless him, had a meal bought for him and was super excited to have it. It was like a $3 item too, so nothing crazy. He makes his order and pays, then goes outside to wait, probably out of self-consciousness. The order comes up while he's out. This other patron sitting there asks about it like we don't know who's it is and I tell him it was that guy that stepped out. He'll be right back, we're sure. Anyway, long story short, homeless guy comes back and his food is gone. The associate says she gave it to the guy that was asking about it because he said he'd give it to him. Nope, he straight just jacked a homeless guy's meal while I wasn't noticing. They did the right thing and remade it, but what an example of pure life. Part of me was laughing and part of me was beside myself someone would just jack a homeless guy's food. As for the store, giving someone's food to another customer? Yeah, they could have done better. At least they made up for it. Oh, they also don't have malt vinegar anywhere to grab and don't offer it. You have to ask for the packets behind the counter. Root beer tasted good though."

"Oh god where do I start? This place was nasty. Drink dispenser were so dirty and all the drinks didn’t taste right. Place was dirty food was nasty and we found hair? The manager didn’t seem to care and nor did the cashier. Our appetite is lost and I hope never to step foot in here again."
