"The Absolute worst Chipotle experience I’ve had in my life. I have always enjoyed Chipotle in general, but I was really taken back with the situation that occurred 2/17/2024 on a Saturday night at 8:45 pm. My friend and I traveled 50 minutes to eat at this location and waited in a 10-15 minute line only to reach the counter and be told they are no longer selling steak even though the bin was half way full- the guy put the lid on it and said it was only for online app orders? Excuse me sir but we just waited all that time specifically for steak and veggie bowls because we have food allergies and trusted this to be the best place to grab dinner. The guy then was like ok well I’m not doing steak do you want anything else? Um no I want the steak waited in line for then he slid down the bowl as to throw it away and was super rude. My friend and I left and drove to another chipotle location because we were so baffled and it just felt wrong, needless to say the other location was serving steak and said it was way too early for them to have been cutting off steak for the night- mind you they close at 10:30pm we couldn’t buy steak at 8:45pm. I contacted chipotle help center through email they told me they’d give me a free soda next purchase, um I’m sorry that won’t compensate my wasted time or that terrible experience. What’s sad is I’m not a “Karen” but when you travel almost an hour and wait in line to be rudely turned away. Something needs to be done."

"The place was an absolute disaster. None of the tables were clean. They were out of EVERYTHING and I had to tell the workers to replace items that had stock available in the back. So tired of getting attitude from food workers I'm always very cordial and respectful to you but people are only interested in doing the bare minimum these days."

"Easy, convenient location. Pleasant staff, quick service, this location does not skimp on portion size!! Carne Asada is back, and it's superb! If you are craving Chipotle, swing by this location, you won't be disappointed."

"My order got messed up and got a veggie bowl instead of chicken bowl from in store order on Saturday 19th. After searching for the chicken as I thought it may have been placed at the bottom of the bowl, it was missing after all. Phoned them right away and since I had to go back to work I couldn’t come back in to get my order fixed, so the lady over the phone in the store put a free chicken bowl on the side for me when I come in. Fast forward 5 days, they are telling me they do not have my name or phone number in the book and they won’t be able to do anything about it. Manager was unhelpful and wasn’t willing to look further into it. Unbelievably bad management. I come here at least 3 to 4 times a week to get my lunch but seems like that will be changing."
