Reviews
"Any one who gives Nelson’s Kitchen a bad review is either liar or trying to get free food. They are one of the few restaurants in Wichita whose food I love and has recommend to everyone I know. I am originally from Chicago and finding decent food that has seasoning has been a struggle for the past 30-years. Not only is their food delicious but they always provide excellent customers service and they are always there fortheir customer base. Take me word for it if you give Nelson’s Kitchen a chance you will never be disappointed."
"In honor of Black History Month, our T-Mobile Tech Michigan party planning committee came together to cast our votes for locally owned black businesses. We are thrilled to announce that The Nelsons Kitchen emerged as the popular vote winner! A heartfelt thank you to all the incredible leaders and experts who generously contributed to making a massive catering order possible. Your support not only celebrates black history but also strengthens our local community by backing a fantastic local business. Here’s to The Nelsons Kitchen and the spirit of unity and support!"
"This is a carryout only. However, the service was great and the food was very good. The ICT Cheesesteak was really good, and so were the fries. They look greasy, but they are not very greasy at all. I also tried the spicy dry rub wings and they were crunchy and meaty. The onion rings and okra was good too. Everything was good even after a 20 minute drive home. I will be back to try the catfish for sure."
