"We got our food and the lady took our order (she was real nice) messed up and gave us drink cups instead of lemonade. So we thought she messed up and just got our drinks bc we had a long stressful day whatever. This other tweaker looking old white lady had our lemonades on a tray and when we walked over there I said aw we thought she messed up and she said she did mess up giving you those cups and put the food down all huffy and said it's fine thanks have a nice day all fast and pissy. Wasn't nobody else in there.... girl yeah who is trying to get over on Wendy's drinks ....she messed up so you mad at the customEr..eeeeee....don't go to this location lol"

"Friday night, long drive thru wait. Finally reached the window and in spite of being completely slammed, the guy was still friendly. I paid, he gave us our food, we left. Got home and found that our order was all wrong, the Frosty’s had melted and the fries were cold. My friend ordered a Double combo and got a little single with only Mayo and ketchup. For this I paid $30. I realize one bad night doesn’t negate all the good food and service thru the years. But $30? Can I get a refund?"

"I was disappointed because I was the second car at the other box and there was a car pulling to the window. Even with being just car number 3, I didn't almost 10 minutes in line and my food was cold and seemed old. As a drive thru I was expecting some speed and regretted my decision to stop here. I should have known when it took forever to even be greeted by anyone"

"I ordered the $5 Bag and it was a confusion with the cashier as to whether it was the special. I had to wait nearly 15 minutes for the meal, yet i was one of only two people in the entire dining space. The only thing FRESH was the fries and the cheese burger was NOT freshly made and the chicken nuggets were cold and dry. Plus, I had a surpy drink to wash it all down!!"
