"I had the eight piece and coleslaw and four biscuits I wanted the baked mac and cheese and they had a problem with their containers so I substituted that with corn and they turned around and gave me two extra pieces of corn which was outstanding but me the chicken just tasted blah everything else was good"

"Waited 20 minutes to get our food, found out they gave our food to someone else. Offered us an apple pie for the inconvenience but then forgot the pie lol. When we got our food the okra was over cooked and tasted like it was fried in old grease. Chicken tenders were juicy but tasted weird. Mac and cheese was good so was the mashed potatoes. There was only one friendly person working the other employees avoided eye contact and ignored the customers. Not worth the money to come back."

"Walked inside went straight to the counter to order, there was 2 men behind the counter noone greeted us not even a "lll be right with you," very silent no eye contact waited about 10 mins finally someone came from the back and asked "how can I help you" still no eye contact looking at the computer ready to key in our order, no smile very low voice, the music on blast, after putting our order in, he handed the Receipt and walked away no Thank you or anything. When our order was done he just sat it on the counter and walked away didn't let us know it was ready, getting home they didn't put our sauces in the bag! idk bout you but chicken without sauce kinda sucks lol anyway this place needs better customer service. Should have went to Popeyes lol"

"I love Church's but this was awful fellas. Chicken strips were warm not hot. Chewy old dry. I just moved to the area. Paid full price. No coupons, and got the worse.. Geezeus fellas I know you can do better."

"I went to the drive through and placed my orders. I was told there would be a 12 minute wait for a 3 piece dark meat. I pulled forward to wait because I really wanted their chicken. Other cars were waiting also. 20 minutes later cars had come and gone I pulled back around to the window and was told there is now a 6 minute wait on my 3 piece spicy chicken . I’m confused about what is happening. Then I’m assuming it was the manager talking to me who is dressed inappropriately and getting an attitude with me. Then she just closes the window in my face and walks away! Finally I get my food. I get home and my tenders are not spicy and I had requested white gravy and they gave me the dark gravy. Very disappointing"
