"i take breaks from eating here to see if anything will improve & I guess they just need a whole new crew cause they always messing up on something. either i order corn & it's hard with pieces of fries in the box, they can't communicate with eachother, the meat'll be dry. nobody wants to wait for y'all to fix things you constantly get complaints about, or go back."

"Horrible, called order in and was told 20min. I arrived more than 20min latter was told 13 more min. Not a problem until 30 minutes later when I finally got my order i asked 2 different times if it was only the 1 bag sience we are a family of 6 and was told yes . Got home all fries where cold and of the 75 wings wife ordered we received 20."

"Was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a Wingstop I was just in there 2/4/24 at 3pm o’clock and our employees are arguing cussing throwing stuff around was not an appropriate scene for customers to see. it wasn’t excessive wait time due to the fact, only one worker was trying to do everybody’s orders why others were just doing whatever talking chitchat and cussing."

"The food was great. The service......not so much. When I arrived to the restaurant my order was not ready, even though I ordered it seven hours ahead of time. And I know the employees are young and I'm ok with them laughing and having a little fun. But you don't need to be yelling curse words and acting like ghetto trash in front of the customers."

"Customer service is atrocious, had a pickup order ready and was told it was going to be 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. No big deal. 40 minutes later finally got my food. Asked for an update and was told that; “can you not see we’re busy right now.” I get your busy and all but at least have some decency when it comes to customer service. To the management: please tell your employees to at least be respectful it wasn’t the first time this happened during my visit. Absolutely terrible and needing a management trained and somebody who actually knows what they’re doing."
