"On 'hold' (phone set on countertop) forever before placing order, order lost when we got there, no acknowledgement of mistake or apologies. Guess they don't need the business so they won't get it any more. How hard is fast food to get right?"

"Wasted $50 getting food here for my family. Nobody ate their meal after the first taste. Some said it tasted rotten other said it tasted like old squid. Got the chicken fried rice and the hibachi chicken x2 and beef and broccoli. Very very disappointed. Used to go here often and it definitely has gone downhill. All food was trashed and a waste. Feel ripped off. Will not be going back."

"Terrible experience. We have been eating here for years, but since they switched to online only ordering, the quality and service have diminished. Barely any meat with entrees and fillers add to the rice. Not to mention that quote times frequently go 20+ minutes over. We will not be going back anytime soon."

"I got the combo lo mein and it is so good! Really big portions lots of meat and the taste is great too.. kinda greasy but the flavor is so good I don't even care. The two younger kids a girl and guy at the register did a good job too. The inside looks kinda sketch though, lol EDIT: Went back and got the combo fried rice OMG best rice in wichita!"

"Emporer's on ridge has long been a family favorite for take out Asian cuisine. Generous portions, with excellent flavor. The only complaint I have is the lo mein has been inconsistent with varying quality of noodles. The rice is always on par though. Double dumpling Wednesday is a great time to visit. I would have rated it higher, but the lady at the counter gave our food order to a different customer and now we have to wait for our order to be remade."
