"Always loved chicken max. Unfortunately we don't have one in California. So everytime in kansas I get my fill. By far the best sandwich is the chicken and waffles with bacon and the best side is the mac hands down. They have good consistency in their food. It always tastes good and the same. "I visited Chick N Max tonight with my family and ordered chicken wings, a Nashville Hot Sandwich and 2 smoked chicken sandwiches. The wings we received still had 2-3” feathers on them and they gave us the wrong flavor. We also received the wrong order for the smoked chicken sandwiches. When we spoke to the manager, he said, “Oh yeah, they come that way, we just didn’t take them off (the feathers). That’s normal, it doesn’t hurt that chicken.” He didn’t think it was a big deal. We were disgusted! We were in such disbelief that we left the food and left the restaurant. We will never come back. Stay away!"

"Great food and service at the Chick N Max on north Maize Road! My son and I both ordered the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich with the coleslaw and white BBQ sauce on the side. He got french fries with Max sauce and I had onion rings with ranch dipping sauce. I also added an order of 3 wings for $1.00 The food came out quickly. The sandwiches were great and each one had a large piece of perfectly cooked chicken on a toasted brioche bun with crunchy pickles. The onion rings were delicious. The cashier and the team member that brought out the food were both friendly and efficient. The dining room was clean and spacious."

"This was our first time here. My son wanted to have chicken strips for his birthday dinner. The food was delicious and filling. Very friendly employees. However, a standout was Deshawnda. She was above and beyond friendly, personable, and genuinely seemed interested in us having a great visit. We'll be back!"
