"We I guess customer service is not important to Teresa at the customer service counter. I went in to get a couple money orders. First I stood at the counter for a few minutes waiting for her to finish her conversation with an employee. Ok I’ll give her the benefit of doubt that it was a work related conversation. When she came to the counter to help me. I said hi! How are you? She didn’t answer and said what do you need. I asked for money orders and asked her if she wants the bills to all be facing the same way. She said idc and started counting the money. There was a a strand of hair in the money and it looked like on her face that grossed her out completely. Understandable if you have an issue with hair. I proceeded to say, did you know that you lose 100 to 40 hair a day? She did not respond to me at all found another hair and was completely grossed out and treated me pretty poorly the rest of the time I was there. I come from the 80s and so I know Customer Service is definitely not what I used to be. I definitely will not return to this Albertsons for my money orders moving forward. It’s really unfortunate that people can’t treat others like people who deserve respect. I guess we all just want to judge people."

"There is a lady with short hair at the self checkout..always nice and helpful and smiles. The deli personnel most of the time look like they hate their job. No smiles..I have been ignored, they rarely say hello or a thank you."

"Overall good customer service, and helpful staff. It can get quite busy sometimes. Products are stocked really well, and they maintain adequate supply year-round."

"This is the third birthday cake in a year that I have ordered from Albertsons on State and Glenwood. They always do an amazing job!! I’ve thrown some curve balls for themes, can give very little detail and they knock it out of the park!! One top of the design, there is no better flavor cake or buttercream than Albertsons. From Nerf to Lego to Tye dye cupcakes it’s amazing. We also ordered a sandwich platter and received so many compliments! The kids and the parents loved it. I appreciate that they included the mustard and Mayo on the side per our request. Thank you!!"

"3 Stars for convenience, but the deli personnel is lack luster at best. They always make me feel like I interrupted their life, never welcoming, one of them is even rude at times. And I guess they have the market cornered om Boar's Head brand, just look at the prices."
