"Went in to purchase some new shoes on 5-18 around 5:45. When I entered the store, there was at least 3 employees sitting around on their phones, none of which got up to greet my mom and I. Had minimal assistance when browsing, and when I went to the register to check out, there were no employees present. I waited and waited and waited to be checked out, with no employee in sight. No other customers were in the store at that time, and there were no employees on the sales floor. Employees could be heard in the back, talking and laughing. Although I really wanted the shoes, I left them at the register and ended up taking my business elsewhere. No employees ever came out. Really disappointing."
