"I get that they get super busy... but pouring the ice tea in glasses in the back ahead of time... by the time you get it, all the ice is melted and it is warm... not to mention dirty silverware... ours had lipstick all over it... pink. The list goes on... Edit: I ordered my egg fried and got scrambled. It was evident to me that a lot of their food was precooked... not fresh. The order came out so fast... there was no way it was already precooked... IHOP has become McDonald's... oh and your link to connect.... doesn't"
"Ever since the change in location, it seems as if the quality of the food has fallen. On November 16, the pancakes were cooked on a dirty grill, and they weren't cooked all the way. The omlet was ok, but it just left me feeling as if I should have just stayed home and cooked. Will be awhile before I return."
"Attitude are everything! Some of the employees here Surely need training in that respect. Customers would appreciate service with a smile and no attitudes. Kids eat free weekdays at 4:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m."
