"Seemed ill prepared for the lunch rush. Took almost 20 minutes to make 4 sandwiches. Otherwise the place was nice and clean and the food was delicious."

"There is usually only one person that works here that actually knows what they're doing. Everyone else is incompetent. Also with the new sandwiches like The Monster or the elite chicken bacon ranch they're supposed to come with double the cheese. This place put on a small amount of cheese and then when you ask for extra (basically the amount there should be) they charge you even more per slice."

"This store cannot make sandwiches correctly even if their life depends on it. They ALWAYS make at least one sandwich wrong every time & the higher ups obviously don't care that customers don't get what they pay for, because they've been notified & it keeps happening."

"Read the reviews, same stories, customer service 1 star. If you order in app don't expect to get the correct order and in some cases your order at all. If you use the app and anything goes wrong you're on your own. Don't expect any help from the staff! It's one thing for your staff to not like their job, but it is completely disrespectful when the employee is visually upset and irritated that they have to take an order. If they are that upset to take an order, I doubt they care that much about anything else and that's who's handling your food. Just food for thought. But seriously take your business elsewhere."

"Ordered online. When we started eating it, the ham and cheese I ordered didn't have any cheese on it (I put some Velveeta on it) and no honey mustard sauce. And way too much lettuce. Also when I picked up the order they told me they were out of the cookies. Wanted to give chips instead. So my daughter in law called them. This is what they said. "You have to bring the sandwich back so they could refund us with cash. No offer to replace the sandwich. " In the background we could hear a lady saying she distinctly remembered putting cheese on it along with some derogatory comments. We offered to send pictures to prove we weren't lying. Nope. Not good enough. They should of credited us or at least apologized but they wouldn't. I will never go there again."
