"First and foremost when I am speaking I'm speaking about the Starbucks on 29th and Rock Road these guys are excellent and in particular I'm speaking about the morning crew I have had a few troubles with the staff after the morning but nothing to where it was just out of line just a few hiccups and not the best attitudes but the morning crew hands down they are the best I've seen and I appreciate you guys so so much thank you for making my mornings much better not only good tasting food and drinks but the small talk the great conversations the customer service and the speed of service I really appreciate it thank you so much"

"we have frequented pretty much every Starbucks in Wichita & this location is our favorite, we'll even go a few miles out of our way, bypassing 2 closer locations. this is the only location that seems to understand what "light ice" or "extra of this or that" means; other locations will add the upcharge, but then not follow through on your request & what they charged you for."

"I go to this location at least once a week and get a strawberry frappuccino, This time I decided to get it with coconut milk, But I was advised by the so called manager that the reason why the whip cream Wasn't added that they thought they were doing me a favor, What is that supposed to mean, Is that starbucks way Of saying i'm fat or I don't need it, The manager that I spoke to had a extremely smart mouth and was rude. I could have went to a mcdonald's and got a strawberry smoothie for a dollar and it looked the same, But yet I paid six bucks for that, And to be told that they were doing me a favor but not adding the whipped cream, Wow, Very degrading and embarrassing. If i'm too fat, For this starbucks, Then I guess I am for all of them, So unless you wanna be humiliated I would choose a different location. It wasn't even That bad of a situation till the manager felt he could talk to me like he did,"
