"We were having one of our L-o-n-g Thursday nights and needed a quick bite. We were in the line, ordered, paid, food in hand, and gone in just about 11 minutes. Order was right! Food wasn't hot, so not the freshest. Edges of the burritos seemed hars like they had been sitting for a while. But the food was good! Would definitely visit here again, but will make sure to ask them to prepare it fresh, even if we have to wait."

"The wait took a long time through the drive thru... but this is the second time I got a young man at the window named kathan..I don't know if I'm spelling it right. But last night we got him again, and I have to say he's the most kindest and positive person I have ever encountered when going to a fast food place. Typically I never get a smile, a welcome, a thank you, or anything posivite... but he is the reason I ONLY go to this taco bell at Night because of his amazing customer service!"

"It’s newly renovated and it seems that service has improved since their remodel. We went inside and it’s basically Kiosk driven to order. They have a sign that says “use the kiosk due to short staff”. Not a problem for me. But I saw someone come in and they took their order no problem. Still have a fountain machine so that’s nice. Restrooms were clean. The drive thru takes longer than average and there is no way out once you enter the drive thru. So pack some patience! Overall, it’s definitely an improvement from their last place. If they get the proper staffing, then it will be a good place to eat."

"THE slowest taco bell I have ever been to. We only came because we needed to grab something quick then got caught in the drive thru lane once we realized it was going to take this long. Also there were a lot of homeless outside and clear drug deals were happening. Not Taco Bells fault but notable if you want to choose a nicer taco bell to go to."

"Based on my experiences here, the food has been pretty good overall. My orders have been fulfilled accurately. However, customer service is constantly bad. Wait times have taken upwards of 30 mins on average. This is extensive compared to other like places. If the company were to fix these issues, this location would be better."
