"A fair and quick Chinese food spot in Southeast Wichita, at Pawnee and Harry. A good priced lunch menu led me to a generous meal of General’s chicken, lo mein, and spring rolls. The food is buffet style here so timing out fresher dishes is a must. Service is comically rough, resembling something out of a movie by being so bad it’s just funny. If anyone can handle some authentic treatment and wants a solid Chinese dish, then I recommend giving Panda Cafe a shot."

"Lunch special was cold general tso from under a lite . My egg roll was terrible looked like it had been refried 3 or 4 times ... Rice was sticky and old tasting ... Terrible experience. Do not eat here ..."

"Not a good Chinese spot. Got all 3 of there chicken options all were dry, crunchy and not much flavor. Lo mien was mediocre but better than the chicken. 2 stars because place is clean and food is cheap, also came in around 3pm so it might just be old."

"Spent $60+ on DoorDash cause me and my family just got back to town from vacation and wanted to do something east for dinner. Had high hopes for this place and was left very disappointed. Couldn’t even eat my food without gagging. Ordered the combination fried rice for my son and the steak tasted like pancakes. Over all very awful experience and will not be ordering again. Wasted $60+ that I could’ve used somewhere else."

"Ordered sesame chicken basically got fried soggy chicken with no flavor and sesame seeds thrown on top... on the bottom of the food packaging there was some sauce that was literally watered down maple syrup! The Fried rice was basically white steamed rice thrown in a wok for 2.2 seconds with miniscule pieces of eggs! I am literally surprised this place is still in business"
