"Went through the drive thru for a McFlurry and a couple other things. Got to the window and was handed my McFlurry with barely Oreos on top. I looked at it and noticed it wasn’t missed. When the girl came to the window I asked if it had been mixed or not. She got upset and with an attitude told me they don’t mix them anymore because it makes a mess and they just don’t do that anymore. I looked at her like wondering why that set her off and she closed the window. I waited because I still didn’t have the rest of my order and she was upset that I was still there when she opened the window. Not sure what her deal was because when she handed me the happy meal she didn’t give me the drink and acted like I was crazy when I asked her for the drink that came with the meal."

"Not good at all pictures speak 1000 words..look I was excited about the double Mac so I got this...that Burger was a hit to my wallet that's what sucks the most."

"The gentleman at the drive-through was very nice. But we were told to pull off to the side to wait for fresh fries. It was only about a five minute drive home , the fries didn't seem fresh, and the burgers looked like they were put together by a 3 year old."

"Well after standing here for 15 minutes without any acknowledgement from staff we use the mobile app standing to order in line at the counter. Horrible service try burger king. From the video you'll notice how busy they were not"

"I ordered a breakfast combo that included a coffee and was charged for a coffee. When I asked the cashier about it, she was very indignant and told me I could go somewhere else if I didn't like it. Definitely not going back"
