"The manager of the Hydraulic location was bussing dirty tables and touching dirty dishes when she came over and took the extra silverware roll off my table and put it in the stack. I nicely reminded her that her hands were dirty when she did that. In revenge for my bringing it up she came over and picked up my silverware roll, then put it down. I noticed that she appears in a number of poor reviews besides mine. She needs to take food handlers class again and learn how to treat customers with respect."

"Been in there a couple of times the last couple of weeks. Food has been quickly prepared to order, served with a smile, and my coffee cup has never run dry! I will certainly be adding Jimmy's Egg to my breakfast rotation while coming into the office. Today I had three eggs over medium with turkey sausage and coffee. I couldn't have made it better myself!"

"There was a lone cook there this morning with a wall full of tickets. Man he should pay himself on the back for the delicious breakfast he makes! So goooooood! I am not an omelette fan but that breakfast changes that for sure! The biscuits and gravy omelette with a side of hash browns and a side of biscuits and gravy is to die for. Two thumbs Way Way Up! If you're anywhere close or even if you're not you have got to try it out you will not be disappointed!"

"Excellent quiet Birthday spot. Good service, good price and all around excellent breakfast spot. Wish I had found this place sooner as we've been to wichita a few times and this is where we should always get some breakfast."
