"This is my first time creating a review but I felt that it was absolutely necessary for me to leave a review. My experience here was absolutely amazing! I came in for an oil change and they went out of their way to inspect my car, clean it, and give me advice and recommendations. 10/10 would definitely come again. The guys here are nice as well, I feel that they steered me in the right direction when I asked for their recommendations. Very friendly environment! They offer free coffee, water, and soda and the overall cost was extremely reasonable! Will definitely be coming back!"

"They can’t follow directions and the manager is rude and condescending. I would recommend going to any other jiffy Lube but this one on East Central. About every other review is 1 star so I’m not sure how they have a 4.2 star rating. I imagine the 5 star reviews are fake to keep their status up."

"I came here and got my brake fluid flushed and oil changed, the staff were all super sweet and nice and offered me beverages multiple times during my wait. I only have one complaint though, they left brake fluid all over my bumper and even the paint on the side of my car, and on the interior under the hood. But I still appreciate the work they did and how helpful they were with all my questions, just maybe a little more cleanup when they spill fluids would be appreciated."
