"We have been regular customers, and today we were mistreated by one of the waitresses. I request to speak with the manager her name is Jessica to brought up what happened and she never came to our table even when I asked for her twice. Their food is great, but the customer service by the manager, and her waitress is very poor."

"Jimmy's Egg has consistently been one of my favorite breakfast joints to go to in Wichita. I've been coming here since my kids were little (and before, if I'm honest), and they haven't changed the whole lot since then. Let me tell you, the "Garbage Breakfast" is an amazing creation. One that should draw crowds, imo! The parking is atrocious, and the atmosphere is little more than a Waffle House with more seating. But that doesn't keep me and my family away, and it shouldn't keep you and yours away either!"

"I went to the central and Tyler location and saw the seat yourself sign so started to sit down and a waitress loudly ran me off saying you can't sit there that section is closed although there were people sitting there. The only empty table hadn't been bussed so I told the lady I'd be in the restroom and then would sit at that table. When I came out 2 minutes later it was occupied so I sat at a table that also hadn't been bussed. After waiting 10 minutes I finally got someone's attention and they came over and cleared off the table but didn't wipe it down. She went to the kitchen area and another waitress asked her why I would sit there in the first place. I told her after calling her over. She took my order and my coffee cup wasn't refilled without my having to ask. She brought my food, which was good, and said I'll be back with more coffee but still never wiped down the table. She also hadn't brought me any silverware so my food sat for 2 more minutes before she brought the silverware I had asked for. Very poor service but at least the food was good."

"Certainly a diner atmosphere, which we happen to enjoy. Our waitress was great, sense of humor, excellent service, her attitude was so enjoyable. Our food was served quickly, very well cooked and delicious. Our group of 4 ordered different items and we were all satisfied with our orders. Good size portions, prepared just as requested. If you enjoy the feel of a simple venue with homestyle food, I definitely recommend going. The chicken fried steak and hash browns were delicious."

"Saw the reviews online and decided to stop in. Being from out of town, we weren't sure what to expect. The reviews were spot on. Amazing food, quick service, friendly staff, and a clean restaurant. Definitely worth a stop. Cinnamon Pancakes and Breakfast Skillet are in the photos."
