"Update 5: It's the first time in over five months that someone has shown commitment to follow through with communication. Regrettably, it appears that our ongoing concerns regarding the terms of our agreement have not been addressed.Our recent interaction has been unfortunately misunderstood as a threat, but I want to clarify that it was merely an expression of our order of escalation in addressing this matter. Initially, we sought a straightforward apology and the return of our property to rectify the initial mistakes made by your employees. However, due to persistent incompetence and escalating animosity from your team, we have been forced to seek monetary compensation for wages lost and expenses directly resulting from the actions of your staff.I am deeply disappointed to witness a second attempt to separate me from my partner, seemingly in an effort to coerce her into accepting inequitable solutions. The implication and rudeness displayed at the end of our recent phone call have been perceived as further scare tactics and a clear sign of aggression. Attached is there attempt at a bribe to remove this review. Additionally we have been told by the owner and manager this job should not have been taken on because they don't service out of the area. Attached is a photo showing a second job they took off policy. It's is my opinion the staff lies to get jobs and lies to cover there tracks. Absolutely deplorable. Update 4: They have blocked me on fb for warning customers of there shoddy work effort. On March 7, 2024, I had to contact corporate again, enduring their 24-48 hour return call window turning into an agonizing 3 weeks. Their BBB response falsely claimed they were helpful, even asserting we sought a refund, a blatant fabrication. They offered a refund, still clutching my equipment, and shamelessly exploited my partner's distress to coerce her into accepting it. Now, they manipulate this to absolve themselves of blame, victimizing the customer and shielding their deceitful employees. From local stores to corporate, not a soul displays empathy or intent to rectify their team's errors. I've lost 17k in wages and endured the inconvenience of being stranded out of my home state, paying camping fees, all due to their incompetence. As a manager, I'd be utterly embarrassed if my customer reported my employees' neglect, bribery, and causing distress. Update 3: I wish to report that, following a period of 5 months, the district manager exhibited inappropriate behavior towards my partner's anxiety, coercing her into agreeing to a refund of our deposit and the purchase of lugs, initially included in the transaction. Despite our request, they declined to sign a waiver for the return of the six tires. I escalated the matter to corporate two weeks ago, where I was assured a response within 24 to 48 hours. However, the lack of communication leads me to question the company's proficiency in conflict resolution, possibly contributing to their absence from BBB accreditation."

"Been to this location multiple times. Both times, I was on site for a long period of time without a prompt greeting and the staff at this location really struggled with doing their duties. At least in the front of house. Very slow and not very helpful as far as offering different options for items available. There was extremely long periods of waiting that require a clear schedule for the whole day. The last time I was there, I waited for about 20 minutes and without being acknowledged in any way, I left and have been looking at used products on Marketplace from individual sellers because after visiting competitors found that these bigger places pretty much operate with the same energy and customer service or lack there of. Save yourself a lot of time and agitation and buy privately or maybe order online. Good luck."

"I was prepared to get one tire replaced at a time on my Mother's car because I couldn't afford to buy all four at once. RNR made it possible for me to get all four tires replaced on the same day with an affordable payment plan & not to mention all the perks that come with it, like roadside assistance, free alignment, tire repairs, etc. It was great! "Absolutely amazing service! We went in and come to find out my rims were a different lug pattern than what I said due to a hubcap covering the actual pattern. At that point they didn't have a rim at either location in town so they drove all the way to Topeka Ks that same day and back to get me rims that I was happy with and i had rims and tires on my car that same day. That's damn good service and to top it off it was no money down and they worked with us to set up payments that worked with our finances. I highly recommend using this R&R Tire. Every employee was extremely polite and I just want to say there are not many businesses left that will give you that type of service and we are highly thankful for them. They were so helpful to me as I waited a few hours for my new wheels and tires to arrive. I told him I was nervous to drive on what I had to come back and have the new ones installed and he made sure I would be okay if I blew a tire for any reason he would have someone come to help get me.
