"Was gonna charge me to bring back a free points deal that they forgot. So I am very disappointed since they told me I would have to order it online when they could have easily sent it out with no delivery fee since I had already paid for it with my order. I an going to order it next time and seeing they mess it up again."

"I use this Domino's all the time and for the most part they are pretty good. However today I tried the 5 cheese dip and garlic twists and this is a huge let down. Here is hardly any cheese in the foil container and what cheese there is is pretty much stuck to the bottom. When I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty he said and I quote it's cheese its going to stick to the bottom. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!"

"Terrible customer service. I ordered online and chose the option to have them bring it out to my car, upon getting to the store there wasn’t an option to “check in” I called and asked if they could bring it out and the girl on the phone, not only took 2 minutes to think and answer all my questions but also made me out to be the biggest inconvenience of her life. I thought you were getting paid to do a job and to do it well. I just had my acl and both medial and lateral meniscus surgery and can’t walk. I’m a single mother of a seven year old and I’m sure as hell not sending her in. Yes, the payment didn’t go though. My bad. But it’s the lack of compassion, communication, and care to go over and above that’s very frustrating. Dominoes in Pittsburg Kansas 10/10. Dominoes in NE Wichita 10/10. Here: trash."
