Papa Johns Pizza

"I had ordered a stuff crust sausage pizza with the garlic crust. When it arrived they gave me a mushroom pizza and the crust smelt and tasted horrible. I called to get the correct pizza and asked them to make it with normal stuff crust. The store manager refused to change the crust and also told the worker I was taking to that he would not give me a refund. Terrible customer service."

"Ordered $50 worth of pizzas. They were an hour late and cold. Only put mushrooms on 1 piece of pizza. Called and would not give any reimbursement or discount or anything to make right. Just excuses. Do not recommend. Do not use the Pawnee and Seneca Location..someone please shut this location down already so people quit getting ripped off."

"Ordered pizza online at 1030 pm. It's now 1230 pm and tracker still shows its in the making stages. Noone answers the phone unless you select the make a new order (#2 selection). They then immediately transfer you back to the store which will not pick up the phone. I have two charges for pizza on my card, it's over 2 hours late, noones responding and at this point I'm over it and ready to cancel my order. It's been awhile since I ordered Papa John's but for sure I won't be ordering it again. Looks as though I will need to dispute the credit card charges. Is this really the level of service we have come to expect from these companies? Highly not recommend you order from this store."

"Ordered an all meat pizza as it comes and 2 garlic cups for delivery. Did not receive garlic that I paid for and the pizza had no sauce and was dry. I called to complain and was told next time I order, it's free. 6 days later I call so they can honor this. I was told there is no record of this. I informed her they had just lost a long time customer. Her response was " Oh well, that's too bad. Bye" I am a very influential person and word of mouth is a great tool to make or break a place of business."

"Did not get what we ordered and took 2 hrs to get our pizza without the cheese sticks we ordered. Toppings were sloppily piled in the middle of the pizza and missing ingredients for a “works” pizza. Pizza of course was kinda warm, had to microwave heat it back up again. Do not recommend ordering delivery from here, and by the sorry look of the pizza I wouldn’t order from here period."
