"took my truck here on August 30, 2023 I can confirm Ethan McDaniel's claims that these people are awful and have no idea what they're doing; I went in with an ABS problem, but all they wanted to do was install parts on my truck until the problem, which never got fixed, was supposed to be fixed. The truck left the shop with more issues simply because this place is money-hungry, therefore I advise avoiding it."

"My semi truck broke down just before the Christmas holidays and it was arranged to be towed to this dealership by Volvo. I stayed at a nearby hotel for the holidays. After the holidays, when they reopened, I brought my truck to their shop. There was a delay in receiving a couple of parts. Their Shop Manager Cory drove me back to the hotel and picked me up again when the truck was ready. Also, he kept me informed about the work progress. From front-line staff to their mechanics, everyone was welcoming and helpful. Their customers' waiting area is not too big but has a reasonable variety of free snacks. Nice dealership in a little town."

"Will never come back here! Advise you to stay away! Been here twice the first time they had my truck twice as long as they said and bill was twice as high as what it should've been! And they didn't even fix my problems and actually broke a hose from my exhaust manifold and wouldn't stand by it and fix it! The second time I brought it to them they had to replace a leaf spring bushing on drive axle and a Leaf spring on steer axle! The second time I came to them they had it for two and half days and each day they called me 4 times "finding new things that were broken" and told me it would be done at 2pm on Wednesday and I told them I would come get it first thing Thursday morning since I live an hour away and had a alignment appointment first thing that morning. I get there and they say it's going to be another 3-4 hours but they couldn't call me Wednesday night to say it wasn't going to be done before I drove up and had appointments scheduled but could call 4 times a day trying to get more money from me! They are the kind of garage that just wants your money and does not care at all about the customer! Will never bring my truck back here! The manager Cory reached out and tried to correct things and seems honesty and sincere and the Front desk is nice but the main problem is back in shop!"
