"My vehicle was totaled and the city called this business to tow it from the scene. During the tow away the guy said I had 24 hours (after an accident) to come clean everything out before the insurance takes it. They wouldn’t let me get anything out of the vehicle that was personal without a claim number (the other party hadn’t provided it yet) I had my insurance agent speak to them and give them their own claim number but they refused to let me in since it wasn’t in their system (even though my agent was authorizing it) definitely use another tow service if you’re given the opportunity"

"Didn’t want to do alignment because I don’t buy four new tires, I only needed two but Nick wanted to sell me four. So he told me he wouldn’t do my alignment. He looked at my tire on the front right and said I need lots of parts, he never put it on the alignment machine to see if I did need parts or not. I left. I got a second opinion at another alignment shop in Garden City, come to find out, I didn’t need ANY parts, just an alignment!"
