"The food was great, I feel some things are slightly over seasoned but overall satisfied. Service was great our waitress was fantastic, very attentive with our drinks and sauces, amd provided a baby stand for our little one In his car seat. I did hear some complaints by one of the servers more then a few times about not getting help. Definitely brought the mood down, from the looks of it he seemed like he wasn't even asking more just complaining on the floor to other staff members amd under his breath while walking by tables, unprofessional in my opinion, seemed like a manager possibly. Ultimately we had a great visit and we would visit again!"

"I am not sure how this place is still in business. The food is terrible. Staff were awesome but the kitchen needs a lot of help. Taste the food back there before pushing it out to customers. I encourage the corporate side of Outback to do a secret stop in and actually experience the plates. No flavor and genuinely terrible. Save your money."

"First time AND LAST TIME. So let me say our server was good. We ordered an appetizer and the table next to us was seated, about 15 min after we ordered. We waited alonnnng time. The other table got their appetizer. We looked at each other like huh? I asked the server what's up? He said I forgot to push enter on the screen so nothing got ordered. It had been about 35-40 min so far. I was kinda mad cause my buddy had to go to work. The people next to us for their food way before us by that time I was pissed. Even though the app was comped, it was too late. He apologized and was sorry but it didn't help. We were there about 1.4hrs. The seat backs were disgusting with stains from whatever it was. Check out the pics, nasty. So needless to say I won't ever go back. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE."

"@ first I had assumed Outback was going to be a mediocre "chain" restaurant experience but was Pleasantly and unexpectedly surprised! This location in the Spokane Valley in Washington State is connected to the valley mall. I was on a business trip from the East Coast and went with a friend from the area for my birthday. AMAZING drinks and after some really disappointing steaks recently at other establishments, I was relieved to be served an almost PERFECTLY grilled steak here! I also ordered a succulent, sweet flavored, juicy lobster tail. Had maple cheesecake for dessert and the blackberry martini."

"Overall pretty good. Had one of the best servers I've ever had and he was even a shadow at the time, from Boston! Very polite, not overly in your face like some are, quick with everything and funny. The reason for the 4 stars is the food, while great quality, the prices seem high for the very small amounts of food you get. Been to many other restaurants that serve identical things for half the price and twice as much food. Plus the amount of choices was very small barley 2 full pages of menu items and that was it. Highly recommend requesting Ryan as your server!"
