"I have tried to call the tire center for 5 hours now and no one will pick up. when I talked to the administrative staff and told her I have called once every hour she said “wait” and put me on the other line again. Then called her again asked for help and for her not to put me on an empty line then said “one second” and put me back on the line to the tire center. It’s getting ridiculous"

"Ordered some winter tires, which were desperately needed as my all terrains were not holding on our ice roads :P They were booked out through Dec for appointments, but made room for me on a walk in. Nice people and they did a great job. Tires with install were nearly 30% cheaper than any other option I checked."

"Purchased Bridgestone tires for my truck there several years ago. They were still in really good condition but when I took the truck in to have them rotated & balanced without even looking at them they refused saying they were too old. The guy was just plain condescending and showed no interest. When I went back again to replace the tires that didn't need replacing I was told they would have to be special order and really expensive. I bought a nice set of new tires online from Amazon with no hassles for a very affordable price."

"Ordered tires for my wife’s car online. The order says the tire center will contact you when the tires arrive at the store. They never contacted me. I checked my tracking number and saw the tires had come in a few days earlier. I then go in, and unfortunately we had received our first snow of the season. I expected the long line, even though it was 15-20 minutes before they supposedly were supposed to open. The manager cut the line off at the person before me, and even though I stated my case about never being contacted they told me I wouldn’t be taken care of today."

"I showed up an hour before they opened and was first in the door. They had my car's four new winter tires on in under an hour, they were great! I ordered the tires online so they were there when I got there and they had them on faster than expected. They were so good I'm writing this review as I go search for a set of summer tires tight now on their site."
