"Thank you Thomas and the rest of the gang for your awesome service. My 88 year old mom needed a new battery. I called all over, even the Hyundai dealer with no luck in getting it replaced. When I called Tire-Rama and talked to Josh, he said “bring it in, we’ll take care of it” When I finally jumped my mom’s car and got her there, Thomas took over and confirmed the battery was shot. Without hesitation, the crew found a battery and replaced it. The service from here was top notch!!"

"I walked in to this location at 9am today requesting an oil change for my car. Tom was the associate that assisted me. I was told the wait would be 6 hours. I had no issues with that and went on with my day. I received a text that my car was ready at 5pm (8 hours later). I went back to this location and Tom told me that the correct mechanic was not available today to change my oil. This is the second time this situation has happened (I went in this location a few weeks ago as well) and he even remembered me when I came in this time around. He didn't think to tell me this certain mechanic was unavailable today, and I wasted 8 hours of my time waiting for no reason. Add on top of that the fact that he was completely unapologetic and rude to me about the whole situation. I will not be returning to Tire-Rama just because of Tom's horrible customer service."

"This Tire-Rama shop was the absolute best tire center I have ever worked with. Their prices were extremely reasonable, they did a free diagnosis of my tire leak, they were very fast (they got me in immediately), and they went above and beyond (recommending a great rim shop and proactively reprogramming my TPMS sensors after my tire rotation). In our current world where service has been de-prioritized, to say I was surprised with the exceptional service and care I received at this shop is an understatement. Thanks Tire-Rama and thanks Thor for getting us back on the road with a smile on our faces!"
