"I go here to avoid WalMart but I'm not sure I'm going back again. The downfall is most the sales people are very good at talking you out of a sale because they make you feel stupid for not knowing what you need. I am a mom of 4 and don't have the money for a salon but I also don't need to get laughed at when I take my hat off. Yes, that did happen today and I walked away. I don't need the shame I'm already down on myself enough. Going to WalMart to get their products right now and I'll be paying less and not getting laughed at so win win."

"Got to love incompetent employees at sally especially when your a male walking into the store. No professionalism whatsoever and God forbid you ask a simple question about clipper guards and get a response from the worker saying "I don't know much about clippers"...really? This is a beauty supply store and you know nothing about clipper guards and if they are universal or not? Let's not forget the trimmer I purchased that I was not able to return since it does not work but hey...the charger fit my old trimmer so I guess it's a win? Either way I won't be visiting this store and I'll be sure to share this on my platforms of social media since this Sally's gives to shitsabout customer service and lacks simple knowledge of their products they sale"
