"I am not a frequent reviewer, and I had not read these reviews until now. We met Jackson at the fair and felt comfortable with him. He first help my wife sign up for Medicare. He was always willing to come to our home and patiently explain the complicated nuances. Almost a year later, I also had “come of age”, and Jackson was there willing to repeat the whole explanation. Mine got complicated because I tried to request social security benefits at the same time ( not recommended IMHO, but talk to Jackson for guidance). Anyway, I agree with all these other reviews - Jackson is a calm in the storm and on your side when dealing with a bureaucracy that can be monolithic. Highly recommended."
