"I was a patient here several years ago for therapeutic massages addressing sciatica issues and had no complaints. Out of the blue, I recently received a text and an email asking me for my credit card number and claiming that I owed an immediate payment of $260. Suspecting fraud I immediately contacted Kauai to alert them. Imagine my shock when I was asked to pay $260 dollars for supposed services from over 3 years ago! During my treatments at Kauai I always maintained a zero-balance on my account and have the documentation to prove it. I have repeatedly asked to be contacted and no one has responded. Yesterday I received a notification that I was being turned over for collection!. It’s been 3 years! This is the first I’ve heard of this matter. I’m 65 and have faithfully paid every bill received. This is absolutely shocking!"
