"Chloe did a fine line tattoo for me and I am so incredibly happy with it. The amount of skill and care that goes into a fine line tattoo is insane and Chloe did an amazing job! I will definitely see her again and would highly recommend her for tattoos and any service she provides. You can tell she is professional, knowledgeable and very talented! UPDATE/EDIT: I added a picture of the tattoo Chloe did November 2022. I added a flash butterfly and she did a touch up Jan 2024. Chloe also did Powder Brows for me. In the past, I got combo (powder and microblading), but Chloe sold me on trying just Powder. They’re still healing, but I love the shape and can tell she did a great job! I am very happy with my results!"
