"We have 2 dogs that we take here to get shampooed an nails cut, one is our hunting lab that smells awful from hunting an this place made him smell amazing an his coat was nice an soft an shiny! Our other dog is a Boston terrier an she is queen bee, they cut her nails an gave her a bath as well, she smells amazing an is so soft!! They finish off with bandannas and pretty bows for there hair!! Amazing place!!!"

"We took our Golden Retriever in to the Parma location for a bath and to trim the fur around his toes. I confirmed this at the time of drop off as well. When we picked up Maverick we saw that they buzzed his head and around his ears and chopped off the end of his tail. This is not what we asked for and definitely a bad haircut for this breed of dog. We have had a great experience with the Nampa location but we will not be returning to the Parma one."
