"We had an appointment at 130 and he wasn’t prepared we had to wait a hour for him to get ready. He did not say anything about finger tattoos not sticking. After only a week my partners tattoo has basically rubbed off. This tattoo artist was not very professional had to have a cigarette before he started after waiting for a hour for him to begin. Plus for our simple tattoo it pretty much took three hours. We will not be going back to him to have it fixed. Plus he doesn’t refund the money for a botched job. It looks like all he did was draw on his finger."
